Job Overview And Responsibility
- Analyzing and translating business needs into long-term solution data models. - Working with Customers and development team to design and develop conceptual, logical and physical data models. - Evaluating existing data systems. - Evaluating implemented data systems for variances, discrepancies, and efficiency. - Developing best practices for data coding to ensure consistency within the system. - Reviewing modifications of existing systems for cross-compatibility. - Updating and optimizing local and metadata models. - Troubleshooting and optimizing data systems. - Documents of data architecture and data modeling solutions
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree in IT/ Computer Science or relevant background - Strong experience in Data Warehouse development, incl. logical & physical database design - Strong experience in database modeling methods (e.g. Relational, Dimensional, Data Vault 2.0 modeling) - Experience in database modeling tools, e.g. Oracle Data Modeler, Power Designer… - Strong experience in SQL, PL/SQL - Good at English communication skills
