Administration
- Work closely with banking partners for system integration, including defining logic based on business requirements. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, co-develop solutions with partners, and ensure successful delivery. - Summarize and document product features and business needs for handover to the Regional Product & - Engineering teams; follow through on implementation and delivery. - Act as a product specialist: conduct UAT/testing, troubleshoot issues, and define Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Provide training and support to internal teams on newly launched features and enhancements.
- 2-4 years experience as Product Manager or Product Owner or ITBusiness Analyst. - Proven ability to develop product and effectively communicate recommendations to management. - Decent technical skill to go through external partner’s tech spec, review & come up with system diagram analysis. - Able to effectively communicate complex business or technical information in English. - Good collaboration skill to work with cross functional teams.
