Negotiation Client Relations Sales Strategic Planning
1. Identifying and Pursuing New Business Opportunities: - Being able to generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, etc.). - Qualify leads and manage them through the sales pipeline. - Building and Maintaining Client Relationships. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential banks, financial institution & partners, help foster long-term collaboration. - Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. - (Senior) Act as a trusted advisor to clients. 2. Driving Sales Growth: - Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. - Negotiate contracts and close deals. - (Senior) Develop and implement sales strategies. - Collaborating with Internal Teams. - Address day-to-day challenges in partnership operations, cross teams collaborating to find solutions and keep initiatives on track as well as handle arising issues. - Support in preparing reports, tracking partnership metrics, and maintaining organized documentation related to bank & partner collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in in Business/ Banking/ Finance. Any additional training in fintech or e-payment is a plus. - At least 3 years of experience in Business Development/ Partnerships/ Project Management role. Having knowledge in Fintech/ Banking/Digital Wallet/ Product owner is an advantage. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset.
