Job Overview And Responsibility
Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Project Leadership: - Lead corporate finance projects from inception to completion. - Ensure timely delivery and adherence to client expectations. Advisory Services: - Provide strategic advisory on equity and debt transactions. - Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for clients. Team Collaboration: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. - Mentor and guide junior team members. Market Research and Analysis: - Analyze market trends and economic conditions affecting clients. - Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders. Performance Monitoring: - Track project performance and client satisfaction. - Implement improvements based on feedback and outcomes. Networking and Business Development: - Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional network. - Represent the firm in negotiations and discussions with potential clients. Compliance and Risk Management: - Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with transactions.
Required Skills and Experience
â–ª 7+ years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, or strategy consulting is mandatory â–ª 3+ years of senior experience in similar fields â–ª Previous senior experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity or Big 4, â–ª Fluency in English is a must, â–ª Autonomy and motivation, â–ª Ability to lead corporate finance projects, â–ª Networking capabilities towards potential clients and/or investors, and â–ª Strong computer skills, strong quantitative abilities, critical thinking skills, and well-developed verbal and written communication skills. â–ª Team player with a strong work ethic and desire to be part of a dedicated team committed to growth,
