Job Overview And Responsibility
We are looking for a skilled and motivated CAD Specialist with experience using 2D CAD software in the fashion, apparel, or furniture production industries. You will support our sales team, offering know-how, technical training, and assistance to clients across Vietnam and Southeast Asia, helping them get the best out of our technology. We welcome applications from candidates of any age or gender, and we are open to evaluating freelance or part-time working relationships. Key Responsibilities - Provide training and support on 2D CAD software (pattern making, digitalization, etc.) - Assist sales teams during demos, trials, and onboarding - Help clients solve technical issues and optimize workflow - Occasionally travel within Vietnam or Southeast Asia for events or on-site support - Cooperate with the internal team to improve client experience
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience with 2D CAD software in apparel or furniture fields (at least 2-3 years) - Good understanding of CAD workflows (design, pattern, marker) - Comfortable with customer-facing tasks (support, training) - English proficiency (written and spoken) - Based in or able to reach District 12, Ho Chi Minh City - Open-minded, reliable, proactive
