Job Overview And Responsibility

Mission: Drive business growth while improves sales effectiveness Key Responsibilities 1. New Business Development - Identify and approach potential clients (Focus on ASIA Market) - Conduct client meetings and needs analysis - Develop proposals (with planning team) - Close deals 2. Sales Growth (Account Expansion) - Work with Marketing team to grow potential clients - Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities - Maintain strong client relationships 3. Sales Improvement - Analyze lost deals and identify root causes Propose improvements in: pitch proposal approach - Test new sales strategies (experiment mindset) 4. Cross-functional Collaboration Work with: - Planning (proposal, strategy) - Marketing (lead generation) - Delivery team (*) KPI - Result - Revenue target - New clients acquired - Upsell revenue

Required Skills and Experience

At least 03 years in B2B sales Experience in: · solution selling / consulting / BA/SaaS 1. Must have - Japanese Certificates: JLPT-N1 (or BJT J1 or above) - Japanese Skill; Good at writing, speaking, reading, and listening. - English skill: Good at writing, reading, speaking (Mindset) - Strong ownership, acts with value-oriented mindset, result-driven - Open communication attitude & Teamworking
