Job Overview And Responsibility
- Analyze and organize customer requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and validate functional experiments. - Develop and document design solutions (design reports, experimental data). - Conduct design reviews, optimization, and finalization; organize key component lists and estimate costs. - Based on the design solution, carry out detailed structural design, select standard components, produce drawings for machined parts, compile BOMs, and generate design documents (design solutions, flowcharts, pneumatic diagrams, assembly guidelines). - Guide prototype assembly and debugging, troubleshoot on-site issues. - Collect and optimize issues encountered during equipment delivery and on-site usage; optimize and improve existing equipment designs, and update design documents.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above - 3+ years in Mechanical Engineering or related fields - English proficiency: Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills - 3+ years of experience in precision equipment design and manufacturing，familiar with high-precision equipment design processes. - Proficient in CAD, SolidWorks, and other design software. - Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit.
