- Flagship Launch & Project Management Lead the full lifecycle of our Concept store launch, coordinating with architects, contractors, and Global HQ. Turn a "shell and core" site into a premium brand landmark on time and on budget. - Commercial Strategy & P&L Ownership Treat the store like your own business. You have full accountability for the P&L, labor optimization, and inventory strategy to drive positive cash flow. Drive high-performance results through data-backed decision-making and strict store-level ROI management. - Hyper-local Marketing & Community Position the store as a cultural landmark. You will independently design in-store activations, fashion collaborations, and VIP community events to generate organic "brand heat" and robust customer retention . - Regulatory & Risk Management Ensure 100% compliance with TRPR/TPD regulations, strict age-verification protocols, and UK Employment Law.
- Experience: Demonstrable experience (typically 3+ years) leading premium retail, lifestyle boutiques, or high-end hospitality (e.g., luxury tech, premium beauty, private members' clubs). A proven track record of 0-to-1 store openings or scaling from 1-to-100 is highly preferred. - Communication: Fluency in English is a must. - Operational Resilience: You are as comfortable reviewing a P&L and managing a CRM system as you are managing a shop-fit contractor or a security crisis - Agility & Extreme Resilience: You thrive in the dynamic, sometimes chaotic environment of a new category launch.
