Job Overview And Responsibility
- Lead architecture design for high-concurrency, high-availability distributed systems to ensure stable operation of nationwide business. - Be responsible for architecture design and implementation of microservices, cloud-native platforms, data platforms and system integration. - Lead key technology selection, architecture governance, performance optimization and security system construction. - Drive the development of R&D standards, DevOps system and observability platform to improve system delivery efficiency and stability. - Guide the R&D team to tackle core technical challenges and resolve complex technical issues.
Required Skills and Experience
- Over 10 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years of experience in large-scale platform architecture design. - Experience in developing large overseas logistics / supply chain platforms. - Fluent spoken English. - Proficient in Java and Spring Cloud microservice architecture. - In-depth understanding of distributed systems, high-concurrency and high-availability architecture design. - Familiar with core tech stack including MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch. - Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud-native technology ecosystem. - Hands-on architecture design experience on at least one public cloud platform: Amazon Web Services / Google Cloud / Microsoft Azure. - Excellent technical leadership and cross-team collaboration skills.

Interview process
