- Monitor vessel/airlines schedule & shipment status - Check import documents / B/L, Awb - Coordinate D/O & Customs Clearance - Arrange transportation & delivery - Monitor Demurrage / Detention / Free Time - Coordinate empty container return - Check all related costs & supporting documents - Prepare billing details & issue billing to customer - Close job after billing completed
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with a background in freight forwarding customer service positions - Good command of English.
